Repository Policy

The International Journal of Islamic Financial System is an open-access journal that supports the wide dissemination, visibility, and reuse of scholarly work. Authors are encouraged to share and deposit their articles in repositories, personal websites, academic networks, and other appropriate platforms, as long as the original publication in the journal is properly acknowledged and cited.

Authors may deposit all versions of their articles, including the submitted version or preprint, the accepted manuscript, and the final published version or Version of Record. There is no embargo period, so authors may deposit these versions immediately after submission, acceptance, or publication.

Authors retain full copyright of their articles. All published articles in The International Journal of Islamic Financial System are licensed under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license

Authors may deposit their work in institutional repositories, subject repositories, non-commercial repositories, personal websites, academic profile pages, and other scholarly platforms. When depositing any version of the article, authors should clearly indicate the article version, such as “Submitted Version,” “Accepted Manuscript,” or “Published Version,” and provide a full citation and link to the official published article on the journal website.
